I got the dreaded call. Out of the 14 eggs retrieved, 7 were mature and 5 fertilized. While I'd like more, I'm still pretty happy with 5. I mean, last time I had 2 so this is more than double the number to play with.
So, transfer is on Thursday. I may transfer all 5 if they let me. I mean, I've had 12 transferred up to now and none of those have stuck, so why not go for broke?

Well, you KNOW I'm a fan of 5.
;)
My doctor's pretty conservative, and he let me transfer all five, based on my previous record, so hopefully they'll let you go for it, if that's what you want to do.
I know it's a difficult decision to decide how many to transfer, so if you have any questions or just want to bounce some thoughts off of me, feel free to call.
Congratulations again, 5 is a GREAT number.

Hopefully all 5 grown beautifully over the next few days. Good luck!
YAY for 5!!!
5 is a KICK ASS #!!
wooo hoooo!
this is wonderful news!!!
Wonderful Sarah!!!! I hope you can transfer them all! :o) Sticky vibes!!!!
5 is GREAT - that's an above average fertilization rate, (71.4%, usually 55% is good) so excellent news!
Fingers crossed that they continue to develop beautifully in the coming days.
That's FABULOUS!!!
You're almost on your way to your very own "Jackson 5". (rotfl... I couldn't resist)
Very exciting, and you would think one of those little buggers would have the good embie manners to implant and grow, right?
Best of luck,
annie
London is sending all the best to your fantastic 5. Hope my hometown is treating you well.
